On 28 March this year, Minister Elżbieta Rafalska and Deputy Minister Stanisław Szwed held a series of meetings in Brussels, presenting Poland's position and arguments on EU matters concerning employment and social affairs.

The Ministers met in the European Parliament with Polish Members of the European Parliament in the Polish Club. The discussion focused primarily on the revision of directive on posted workers. A new initiative of the European Commission – European Pillar of Social Rights – was also discussed. In addition, Minister Rafalska presented information on the current work and priorities of the Ministry.

There were also bilateral meetings with selected MEPs from other Member States from the Employment Committee and the EP Internal Market Committee on the work on directive on posted workers.
